My grandfather Charles Belanger retiring. He started as a water boy on the river at age 12. He went to school at St Regis and during recess he and his class mates would help carry bricks to the masons that were building St. Anne’s Church.

After he retired he stayed very active. He never left the house without his suit, white shirt and tie.
