This is a picture of the Millsfield railroad that was built in 1910 by the Berlin Mills Company (Brown Company). It started on the upper end of the West Branch of Clear Stream, came down along the Northeast side of Millsfield Pond and stopped at Bragg Pond. At this point the wood was put into Pond Brook, which is the outlet for Millsfield and Bragg Ponds. From Pond Brook, the wood went into Clear Stream and then the AndroscogginRiver.
