The building pictured above is not the New York office. It is the Main Office building located in Berlin, NH @ 650 Main St.

Yes, that is correct: the photograph is of the building in Berlin. The reference to New York has been taken from information listed on the back of the photograph. In this case it means that the photograph originally was stored at the Brown Company office in New York.
